By accessing or using the Taunrix AI platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Taunrix AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Services.

Taunrix AI provides an autonomous analytics platform powered by AI agents designed to analyze business data, detect anomalies, perform root-cause analysis, generate predictive insights, and deliver automated reporting. The Services include:

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Usage and Processing

By using Taunrix AI, you grant us permission to access and process the data you connect to our platform for the purpose of providing analytics services. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

You retain all ownership rights to your data. Taunrix AI does not claim ownership of any data you submit to the platform. We will not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.

4.1 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. Upon termination of your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless retention is required by law.

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any such changes.

The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taunrix AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.

The insights and recommendations provided by Taunrix AI agents are generated by artificial intelligence and should be considered as decision support, not as definitive business advice. Users are responsible for validating insights and making final business decisions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Taunrix AI expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of Canada and the provincial laws of Manitoba, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

To the extent applicable, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other relevant Canadian federal and provincial legislation shall apply to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information under these Terms.

12. Canadian Consumer Protections

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Manitoba Consumer Protection Act or other applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws, the applicable legislation shall prevail.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
